5.1 Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you post on Co-Create, including project descriptions, messages, and other materials ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

5.2 Platform Content: The Service itself, including its design, code, functionality, and all materials provided by us, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

5.3 Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, quality, or reliability of any User Content posted on the Service.

As this is a non-commercial personal project, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed €50 (fifty euros).
